Injection molding production process:



Step 1: Put the plastic raw materials (granular materials which have been treated by granulation, dyeing, adding additives, etc.) into a cylinder and heat plasticize them to make them into a highly viscous fluid a melt, using a plunger or a screw as a pressurizing tool, the melt is injected into the cavity of the mold through a nozzle at a relatively high pressure (about 25 to 80 MPa).



Step 2: After cooling and solidification, and then from the injection molding, it becomes a plastic product. Feeding process--plasticization process--injection filling process--cooling and solidification process--release process, each cycle completes one molding.
