The basic requirements for packaging materials for cosmetic packaging materials:



First of all, the bottle:

The bottle body should be stable, the surface is smooth, the thickness of the bottle wall is basically uniform, no obvious scars, deformation, and there should be no cold explosion and cracks. The mouth of the bottle should be straight and smooth, no burrs (gross) should be applied, and the threaded and bayonet fitting structure is intact and correct. The combination of the bottle and the cover should be tight, no slippery, loose, and no leakage. The inside and outside of the bottle should be clean.



Secondly, plastic cap&closure

Inner plastic cap: the inner plastic cap should be complete, smooth, clean and not deformed. The inner plastic cap should work well with the bottle and the outer plastic cap. The inner plastic cap should not be leaked.

Outer plastic cap: the outer plastic cap should be straight, smooth, free of cracks. The color of the outer plastic cap should be uniform. The threaded mating structure of the outer plastic cap should be intact. The color of the aluminum or bronzing plastic cap should be uniform. The flip top cap should be turned up flexibly and the joints are not broken. The fit between the lid and the bottle should be tight, without slipping and loosening.



Thirdly, spray can

The metal can is flat, no rust spots, smooth weld seam, no obvious scratches, concave cans, and the color should be uniform. The nozzle of the spray can should be smooth and free from wrinkles, cracks and deformation.
