We all know that the main ingredient of plastics handle is synthetic resin. The resin accounts for about 40% to 100% of the total weight of the plastic. The basic properties of plastics handle are mainly determined by the nature of the resin, but additives also play an important role. Some plastics handle consist essentially of synthetic resins with or without additives.

    The performance of plastic handles also extends the basic properties of plastics:

 First of all, most plastics handle are light, chemically stable and will not rust, so plastic handles are widely used;

 Secondly, good impact resistance;

 Thirdly, it has good transparency and wear resistance;

 Fourth, good insulation and low thermal conductivity;

 Fifth, general moldability, good coloring, low processing cost;

 Sixth, most plastics handle have poor heat resistance, high thermal expansion rate, and are easy to burn;

 Seventh, poor dimensional stability, easy to deform;

 Finally, most plastics handle have poor low temperature resistance and become brittle at low temperatures.
