The detail of making mould

1. The time of mould making: according to the complexity of the mould—generally 40 to 45 days
2. Clients can send us sample or 3D picture for the mold making.
3. Clients offer us the material of the product, we use 2083 die steel which is imported from Germany.
4. The hardness is 33 to 35 HRC.
5. Cold runner: (1) Advantage: save the cost
        　　　　   (2) Disadvantage: low efficiency, need to cut the gate, cost labor
   Hot runner: (1) Advantage: less labor, high efficiency, automatic production, better plastic fluidity 
        　　　   (2) Disadvantage: high price and cost
6. The software design, with 3D printing, clients send the pictures to us for 3D printing, it is convenient to make the mould.
7. Mould life: 50 to 100M shots
8. Mould outing: according the size of the product

Our steps for making moulds:

Sample/Drawing	We make drawing according to samples or you provide drawings
Negotiation	Qaulity grand, Material, cavity, price, delivery time, payment term ,etc.
Order confirmed	According your own drawing or our design with samples,
Mould making	After you confirm mould design, we will start making mould.
Samples	Provide sample photos to you, also send samples by DHL if necessary, if not  satisfied, we modify mould
Package &Delivery	After sample confirmation, we will make export package and arrange shipment as your request.
